GENERAL SYNOPSIS- Altitude :On the one hand short troughs move from west of France towards the Alps around the low
centred over the British Islands, and on the other hand an other trough moves from Spain to the south of France. As a
consequence moderate to rather strong south-southwesterly perturbed flow. - Surface : South to southeasterly moderate flow.
Warmer and mosiy air is rapidly coming from the Mediterranean sea.

AIR MASS / DEVELOPMENT OF CONVECTION SOUTHERN ALPS - St-Auban sounding : this morning : nocturnal
inversion from the surface to 900m ; stable and rather dry air mass above ; becoming moister above 3200m. - no soundings in
ST Crépin nor Aubenasson. - Evolution : local convection with 1 / 2 cu, 1100m 13h loc time, 1600/1700m with Tmax
22/23°C before the coming of very moist air mass in low level giving Sc, Cu congestus and Cb with thunderstorm.
